Seppe LAMPE

Seppe has a MSc degree in Geology (Ghent University) and in Applied Computer Science (VUB). He joined HYDR in December 2021 as a PhD researcher/consultant in the research group of Wim Thiery. Seppe worked on a Copernicus Data Quality Assurance Project and a project on micro-hydropower in Colombia. Since November 2022, Seppe is employed as an FWO PhD Fellow. He studies changes in global wildfire activity via machine learning.
