Vann Harvey MALIGAYA

Vann Harvey Maligaya is a civil engineer with a master’s degree in water resources engineering and a strong interest in the applications of earth observation in water quality management. He joined the department as a PhD researcher in 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Ann van Griensven.

His research focuses on integrating remote sensing with Internet-of-Things (IoT) technology and water quality models to improve water quality monitoring and support policymaking in water quality management globally.
