Water balance and governance in the Limburg province

This project for the province of Limburg, Belgium, aims to make an inventory of the demand and supply of surface water and groundwater in different sectors, to make a water balance for the province of Limburg. This water balance will substantiate the development of a priority framework to apply during periods of water shortage.
